Super Tuna Salad recipe

    My personal weight loss plan is to be practical at 53 My goal is to eat healthy and to eat as close to the way God made it as possible. 

Here is the Tuna Salad I made today for good health and weight for my husband and I

2 Can Tuna
1 cup mayo
1 dill pickle
1 onion 
1 Tomato
bread slices

chop all veggies and put in a large bowl add Tuna then Mayo DRAIN all juice chill in the fridge one hour. Be honest with yourself and decide with your head not your stomach what is going to "satisfy your tummy" . I ate one sandwich , Clay ate two . To drink I drank coffee with milk and 16 oz cup water.

veggies -free
 .....

Breakfast for me today..
1 bowl cornflakes
1 cup milk

dairy 1
bread 1

snack 
free

grapes 


Total for day by 11:30 am (I get up at 3-4 am ) 

3 bread (over by one) 
milk 2    (not sure need to ck)
protein 1(need 4 more) 
Fat 1 (need more) 
water 2 ( need more)
Exercise 0
Fruits and veggies more

What I could have changed.. 
drank a tall glass of water before each meal ) 
Only have used one piece of bread and put it on the side like a roll. 
Eat eggs for breakfast (after all I live on a farm)
